Whakaora – meditations guided in te ao Māori

Māia Collective's app has landed – bilingual meditations, guided in te reo Māori and English, grounded in kaupapa Māori and Te Whare Tapa Whā.

Backlit ngahere canopy – stillness in te taiao

He taonga tuku iho – meditations for wāhine and whānau, guided in te ao Māori. Whakaora is Māia Collective's bilingual meditation app, offering deep breathing for anxiety, visualisation tools, and kaupapa that walks wāhine through grief, gratitude, and the pregnancy + postnatal journey.

Every piece of content is shaped in an Aotearoa context – te reo Māori and English, grounded in kaupapa Māori and the holistic wellbeing model of Te Whare Tapa Whā. This is not a translation of a Western wellness tool. It's been co-designed with wāhine taketake from the ground up.

We thought – yes, we can do these programmes where wāhine come to us, but how can we go to them? How can they have access to us all the time?
